| Could this be a "cemetery arch"? Frederick's mother's maiden name was Hild so could it be part of a family graveplot? His mother is interred in the family plot in New Cathedral Cemetery in Baltimore. Interestingly, some family records indicate his mother Anna Hild married to John Martin Frederick (George's father) and also to Michael Anton Frederick, George's uncle.
